NSDP Campus Affiliation
Have a training institute? Make it an NSDP campus.
اپنے ادارے کو NSDP کیمپس بنائیں اور اپنے شہر کے نوجوانوں کو ہنر سکھائیں
It’s simple: if you have classrooms, computer labs and trainers, you can train NSDP students at your institute. You propose the courses you can run, NSDP allocates seats and sends you students — with funding for every student you train.
- Institutes, colleges, companies, NGOs
- Anywhere in Pakistan
- No payment to apply

How campus affiliation works
You propose. We allocate seats. We fund every student.
آپ تجویز دیں، ہم نشستیں مختص کریں گے اور ہر طالب علم کی تربیت کے لیے فنڈنگ دیں گے
- 01
Share your proposal
Tell us which courses you want to run and their schedules — based on your classrooms, labs, trainers and sitting capacity. Works for academies, colleges, universities and training centres.
- 02
Course review
Your campus account opens at once. Each course and batch you add is reviewed by NSDP before students see it.
- 03
Campus visit & seat allocation
Our team may visit your campus. We then allocate a limited number of seats for each approved course, matching your sitting capacity and NSDP learning standards.
- 04
Students & funding
NSDP sends students to your allocated seats and provides funding to your institute for each student’s training.

01 · Eligibility
A strong foundation for quality training
Training institutes, educational institutions, registered companies, trusts, NGOs, and public-sector institutions may express interest in hosting a campus.
Proposed NSDP criteria. These are NSDP’s own campus standards. Final requirements, fees and affiliation terms will be confirmed separately, and an NSDP application does not confer registration, affiliation or accreditation with any other body.
Legal & institutional standing
Registered legal entity, institutional bank account, NTN, authorized representative, and a non-blacklisting declaration.
Suitable training premises
Ownership evidence or a valid lease, building layout, and dedicated teaching spaces. Proposed lease benchmark: at least three years.
Course-ready classrooms & labs
Appropriate furniture, working equipment, and a documented inventory matched to the proposed curriculum. Digital courses need reliable internet and suitable computers.
Qualified teaching staff
Course-relevant faculty credentials, appointment records, an institute head, and adequate administrative support.
Safety & inclusive access
Ventilation, electricity, drinking water, sanitation, first aid, fire protection, ramps, accessible washrooms, and clear signage.
Training quality & oversight
Course timetables, attendance and assessment records, learner feedback, and readiness for site verification and ongoing monitoring.
02 · Seat allocation
Every seat backed by real capacity
In your application, propose the courses, schedules and seats per batch you can handle. After approval, our team may visit your campus. We then allocate limited, specific seats for each course based on your usable space, equipment, trainers, scheduling and NSDP learning standards.
NSDP provides the students for allocated seats and funds your institute for every student it trains.
A campus affiliation is not an unlimited admission quota. Any approved intake will be specified in writing before student enrollment.
Proposed space benchmarks
9 sq ft
Classroom area per student
15 sq ft
Lab or workshop per student
Based on NSDP campus benchmarks. Trade-specific standards may require different facilities or more space. These figures alone do not establish approved seat capacity.
03 · Prepare your documents
Get ready for assessment
Keep these records ready for the review stage. The initial expression of interest only collects campus and contact details; supporting documents can be requested separately.
- Institution registration and legal status
- Ownership deed or valid lease agreement
- Building layout and facility photographs
- NTN and institutional bank evidence
- Authorized representative identification
- Faculty qualifications and appointment records
- Course-wise equipment inventory and timetable
- Non-blacklisting declaration
04 · Proposed review process
From interest to a ready-to-teach campus
- 1
Create your campus account
Verify the campus email and share your institution, location, facilities and the courses you can run. The account opens at once, with no waiting.
- 2
Accept the agreement
Your campus portal opens on the NSDP Campus Partner Agreement. Accept it and every part of the portal unlocks.
- 3
Add courses & batches
Add the on-campus courses and batches you will run. NSDP reviews each one before students see it, and may visit your campus.
- 4
Students & funding
Seats and per-student funding for approved courses are confirmed in writing, then NSDP students are assigned to your campus.
First, verify your email
Use the campus's own email address: it becomes the campus login. Once it is verified you fill in the campus details and the campus account is created at once.
